Custom exe built to fix the black screen freeze and audio problems on the skidrow releases of Black ops 2

Place into your games folder where your exe's are at launch the game follow the onscreen instructions in the dos window 

This bypasses the auto time issue everyone has been having
the auto time black screen freeze is because some dumb ass forgot to take the DVD region code out of the game!!!!!
